New Year New You

Each year, fitness classes boom in January and dwindle a few months later. Why is it? We lose faith in ourselves too soon and feel guilt too quickly! Instead, make a goal to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day and to make healthier choices when you eat. If you stray from your goal than get right back on the path to success. This is the year to make and keep our goals to improve our health! Join me, and we can make this a healthy, fit, and happy year together!
